Please contact the photographer to discuss your requirements - a quote will be provided via e-mail.

Any post production work on the images will be charged for, such as basic editing / retouching.

More extensive retouching work is only carried out at the clients written request.

Phil also charges for any expenses / materials (accommodation, postage, travel, etc) that he may incur to carry out his duties.

Phil suggests you get quotes from other local photographers; you will then realise who provides a true value for money service and total commitment to the work.

LICENCES

Licences* for online use of Phils images (Advertorial / Business / Commercial / Editorial / Newspaper) are calculated on a per image basis** and dependent on the media used and duration - click here for further information.

PRINTS - CLIENT

Client prints from the shoot / assignment (colour / gloss finish) are available to be purchased in the following sizes***;

Up to 08 by 06 inches (20.32 by 15.24 cm) @ 10.00 GBP per print.

Up to 10 by 08 inches (25.04 by 20.32 cm) @ 12.00 GBP per print.

Up to 16 by 11 inches (40.64 by 27.94 cm) @ 24.00 GBP per print.

Plus Royal Mail Recorded Delivery postage (UK)

Phil will e-mail the tracking details to the client.

Phil can also provide the prints in classic Black and White, or Sepia toned for that truly vintage look

Just let him know which photographs when you place your order.

Please note the numbers or titles of the photographs that you are interested in,

then go to Print Order Form page and use the form to place your order.

Phil will send your finished prints within 15 business days of payment receipt (dependent on workload at time)

PAYMENT

The balance payment invoice will be sent along with the photograph gallery location details.

Upon satisfactory payment receipt, Phil will send the client their prints.

Payment will only be accepted by any one of the following methods:-

1 Paypal - Phil will send an invoice to the clients registered e-mail address

Phil will add 5% of full total to the invoice, to cover Paypal charges.

2 Via his Paypal.me - paypal.me/philphotographer

3 Bank Transfer (BACS) - Details can be supplied upon request, if you prefer Bank transfer.

4 Cash / money paid directly to the photographer, a paper invoice / receipt will be provided.

All payments must be in UK GBP Sterling, Phil will not accept any other currency.

Proof of postage of remittances is not considered proof of receipt and clients are advised to send payment by any method affording proof of delivery (Royal Mail Signed For).

Payment is required within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the invoice****

*All licences are non exclusive - e.g the client will not be permitted exclusive use of the image for the duration of the licence.

**Licence prices are non negotiable and are commensurate with standard freelance rates.

*** All print sizes are dependent on the dimensions of the finalised image file - some bordering may occur when printed.

**** No exceptions - if you feel you are unable to do this, please look elsewhere.
